We don't accept returns or exchanges.
Every item ordered on id-nt.com is made to order and at this moment we can't accept returns or exchanges.
We can replace the items only if they are damaged in transit or have arrived with an obvious factory fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order cancelation
You can request order cancelation within 12 h after the order was placed.
Duties
ID-NT cannot include these fees at the checkout because customs policies in every country are changing constantly. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may be imposed on their order, and we have no control over them once it leaves our warehouse. Currently we ship our items from US and UK, this means No customs duties on US & UK orders.
